How It Works

There are no contracts, deposits or credit checks. You simply pay each month in advance (prepay) for your minutes.

 

The minutes on your monthly plan are good for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your plan has expired or if you run out of minutes, it is easy to get more minutes:

  1. Go online to www.mymobileaccount.com to renew your next month's service. Simply logon and select "Pay MRC."
  2. If you run out of minutes before your monthly fee is due, you can purchase Add-On minutes by going online, logging into the above site, and selecting "Buy AddOn". Add on minutes expire 45 days from time of purchase.
  3. Other online features include changing plans and setting your automatic add on minutes to what suits your account.

You can also change your plan, track your calling, check your available minutes and other account management functions while on the Manage my Account site. It's simple and available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

 

Other Fees

  • Call Forwarding - No additional charge. Regualr airtime charges apply.
  • SMS - Text messaging is 1 anytime minte per message both in and outbound. All phones support Text messaging.
  • 411 Calls - 5 minutes anytime plus rate usage time.
  • 10-digit International Calling - not available.
