30 Day No Risk Satisfaction Guarantee: Try our service risk-free. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your activation date, and decide to cancel your service, we will refund any paid monthly service charges.

Refund includes your plan’s monthly service charge. Refund does not include long-distance, toll, international or other charges incurred through your telephone service provider. Satisfaction guarantee for Affinity4’s Dial-up Internet Service may only be exercised once per year.
