Affinity4 Sales Associate

An Affinity4 Call Center Agent is responsible for handling customer service calls for a growing call center.   Agents should be able to engage customers and encourage them to make a difference just by purchasing products and services they use everyday.  Affinity4 offers an attractive hourly rate plus a full benefits package, and a terrific team environment.

Must be available to work between the hours of 11:30am-8pm EST Monday-Friday. 

Qualifications
•    Strong interpersonal/communications skills
•    Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
•    Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes and procedures
•    3 years of Call Center Experience
•    Proficient in the use of the latest technology
•    Dependable and responsible
•    Research and problem solving skills
•    Adhere to quality expectations and provide feedback for improvement

Affinity4 Internships Available: Marketing and Products

Are you interested in working for a company where you can truly make a difference?  Affinity4, based in downtown Norfolk, is a national affinity-based organization with a mission of helping charities and ministries achieve their fundraising goals.  Affinity4 currently has two internships available, one supporting the Marketing Team and the other supporting the Product Team.

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Team on a tactical level with web analytics and SEO, social media initiatives, branded marketing and sales collateral, data mining, as well as CRM database maintenance and email campaigns.  

Qualifications
•    Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist’s eye
•    Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
•    Strong analytical skills with the knowledge of trends and cycles
•    Ability to be clear, concise and direct while adhering to brand image
•    1 year experience desired, but not required
•    Graphic design knowledge a plus

Responsibilities
•    List building for email and direct mail campaigns
•    Assist in the development and execution of email communications
•    Research website best practices for content, flow and ease-of-use
•    Campaign metrics within the CRM
•    Vendor and Partner relationship maintenance

The Product Intern will support the Product Team on a tactical level with competitive research, product implementation, and analysis against key performance indicators.  

Qualifications
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
•    Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experience using all Windows applications especially spreadsheets
•    1 year experience desired, but not required
•    Project management experience a plus

 Responsibilities
•    Competitive research on products and services
•    Assist in the launch of new products and services
•    Assist in the documentation of  product specifications and processing requirements
•    Assist in the analysis of product sales performance and customer satisfaction

Ideal candidates for both internships would be a junior or senior with a drive to learn and succeed.  Couch-potatoes need not apply!
